2-in-1 professional course for physiotherapists and movement specialists
An intensive 2-in-1 course focused on the safe, effective and clinically grounded use of flossing and cupping in rehabilitation, sports practice and recovery work. Flossing Flossing therapy is a fast and effective compression-based physiotherapy method that uses a special elastic band to stimulate circulation, help reduce joint and muscle pain, and support recovery and rehabilitation. During treatment, a joint or soft-tissue area is wrapped with a flossing band and then combined with active movement. The combined effect of compression and movement can help release adhesions, reduce swelling and improve range of motion. One of the key physiological effects of the method is that mechanoreceptors stimulated by compression can inhibit pain receptors and may therefore produce an analgesic effect. While the band is applied, blood and lymphatic flow temporarily slow down, and after removal they increase markedly, which may support faster drainage of accumulated fluid and metabolic waste. Flossing can be used for sports injuries, oedema, movement restrictions, muscle tension and recovery support. It should not be used in cases such as thrombosis, open skin wounds or certain pregnancy-related conditions. Cupping Cupping is an effective complementary tool in soft-tissue treatment and, when correctly indicated, can significantly support musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation and recovery. It is not a standalone treatment method, but rather an adjunct to physiotherapy, manual therapy and active movement therapy. The negative pressure created during treatment may improve local circulation, reduce muscle tension and enhance tissue mobility and elasticity. When applied with the right technique, cupping can help reduce movement restrictions, relieve muscle pain and restore functional movement patterns.
